Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that selecting the right shapewear is important. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:

No Returns or Exchanges on Used Items

Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we do not accept returns on any items that have been worn or used. This policy is in compliance with health code regulations.

Exchanges for Unworn Items

You may exchange unworn items within 10 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please send back item and include a letter with the following information:

- Your name
- Shipping address
- Contact phone number
- Email address
- Date of purchase
- Payment confirmation number or order receipt number
- Reason for exchange (such as color, size, or defective item)

Please ensure that all tags and original packaging are intact when returning items for exchange.

Shipping Charges

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise for exchanges, unless you received damaged goods or items you did not order.

Restocking Fee

All items returned or exchanged will incur a 10% restocking fee.
